new year's resolutions update

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are still reading the Bible.... (our resolution was to read throught it this year) and we are right on track. Hooray! Also, I've been working out like crazy since January (spinning and a cardio/weight circuit) and have lost 12 lbs, 8 inches and my body fat is down by 3.6%. Woo Hoo! This week I was able to wear a pair of pants that I had ordered this fall, but wasn't able to get into. I also am going to wear some pants my step mom picked up for me last summer that were a little too snug. They fit now! Just tried them on this morning. I needed some motivation, as I have been really tired lately, just kinda wanting to take a break from the working out. But, now, I am movtivated to continue!

Congrats! I just got this new exercise DVD that I love that makes me feel all buff. When I can keep up, that is! My husband is training for a triathlon right now so I feel pretty lazy in comparison.
